Rhythm. Regulation. Resonance

The 3Rs of Human Spirit

What does 3R stand for ?

3Rs are the foundations of human spirit

  • Rhythm

The synchronization of rhythms allows tuning and adaptation to the external environment hence we emphasize on the importance of rhythmicity and synchrony of motor, emotional, and interpersonal rhythms in early development of social communication.

  • Regulation

Self-regulation is an individual’s ability to identify, monitor, adjust and control their level of energy, emotions, behaviours and attention. Self-regulation is what gives us the ability to calm down when we are frustrated or angry, and cheer us up when we are feeling sad or down.

  • Resonance

Before our children can self-regulate, we need to co-regulate with our children. Co-regulation is defined as warm and responsive interactions that provide the support, coaching, and modeling that young children need to understand, express, and module their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Transform Your Relationship with Your Child to Witness your Child's Potential

Natural rhythms guide all that we do – our very existence.

Our breath and heartbeat are constant reminders of life’s pulsing rhythm that moves within and around us.

Coregulation is the rhythm through which the human infants learn about their bodies and the environment though their caregivers with whom they have the most unique relationship.

The thousands of hours of being in the rhythm of coregulation connects the children to their environment and through careful guidance from their parents they learn to decode their environment from the interactions and understand the very concept of their relationship with self vs. others and take the responsibility of their own mental growth.

Mental growth is an indication of for problem solving, decision making, reflecting and learning from experiences etc. on a daily basis for big and small events of life and it requires observation, intuition and dynamic intelligence.
